Fleet Services Privacy Statement
Our Services
Applied Driving (Global Solutions) Ltd provides Fleet Services whereby the data relates to vehicle management services. This starts with the registration of your leased or managed vehicle and continues when we communicate with you about our services, e.g. to arrange for maintenance and repairs, to hire cars, fulfil warranty obligations, fuel card services, handling of traffic fines or to process your data when your vehicle is involved in a collision.
To provide these services, we work with a number of Partners to assist us in providing our services to you including DVLA, Daily Rental, Breakdown Assistance, Vehicle Dealerships and Repair Bodyshop’s. Please note that, by providing Applied Driving with personal data you consent to our use of this data for the provision of the services described above.
What Personal Information Applied Driving Use
First name, surname and if required date of birth
Contract information such as email address, telephone number and postal address
Information about your vehicle including vehicle identification number (VIN), registration number, expected replacement dates etc.
